REFUND POLICY

You must take reasonable care when handling any products you wish to return and ensure they remain unused. Products must be returned in their original condition. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred to the items while in your possession, and we reserve the right to reject requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds if the conditions are not met.
In accordance with global retail industry standards and UAE Law No. 24-2006 on Consumer Protection, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following   items that are personalized to your order.
For International purchase, we do not offer an Exchange or Refund after completing the order.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date of your order by emailing contact.anassacollection@gmail.com
Products purchased online can be exchanged through our website.
Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only eligible items, as specified above, can be exchanged.
We allow only one exchange per order.
Online exchanges take 10 business days to process.
Exchanges cannot be made without returning the original product in its original condition, with tags intact.
